We have a use case where we want to export from adoc to InDesign for fully automated layout so we can do things that aren't possible with the built-in PDF export as part of a commercial publishing workflow.
We had hoped to use pandoc as an intermediary step, going from asciidoc to docbook.xml, then use xslt to map attributes such as .role so we can process them in InDesign in a specific way.
The issue is that we miss out on some of the refinements of aDoc Studio and would end just repeating some of what aDoc does anyway.
Is there a way to export asciidoc from aDoc in a fully realised form with conditional content filtered, attributes mapped to their source content, and so on. This is similar to the HTML and PDF export steps, but without the conversion step .
Thank you for any help you can provide.
