Using something other than tables for keeping text & graphics aligned

I tend to write graphic heavy documentation with lots of screenshots. I've been using tables in Word & Pages to align the test for each screenshot with the top of the image.

I don't see (or more likely I've looking for the wrong term) a way to do this, except for tables.

The problem I'm having is that I can create table rows in adoc which are too tall to fit on a PDF page. This isn't usually an issue with Word or Pages, as they simply split the row across a page break.

Any suggestions on how to best accomplish this? I've attached a screenshot from Pages of how my documentation is typically formatted.

The fastest way is to use a table as well:

| Organize your files and folders as desired.

| Select the parent (or top-most) folder of files and folders you wish to send.

Control- or Right-click the folder in the Finder and select "Compress 'FolderName'".

A Zip archive will be created at the same level as the source folder with the same name as the source folder.

| Please select the archive you created in step 2 to upload to FitchCloudLiquidFiles.
